Look around any given city, and you’ll find people who are completely unprepared for unexpected events.
No wonder they panic so easily when things happen.
Podcast Transcript: “I was just in the city today, in Austin – which I haven’t been in there in a long time. I’m talking downtown. Number one: I couldn’t believe the number of homeless people and drug addict people, knocking on the windows of cars and asking people for money… But that’s not even the point here. Really, this is about the utter lack of preparedness that I witnessed among people in the city. I have to imagine that most other cities across America have a very similar situation – where people are not that prepared, at all. The contrast is what’s so shocking to me, because you know I do firearms training – for example – where something goes bad, I can pick up a rifle or pistol and defend my life, defend my family, defend my property and if necessary, defend my country.
